Sizing Guide
Each Frequency Formation is measured by the combined weight of all crystals in the set. This means the total weight is balanced across the group - some stones may be larger, others smaller, but together they align within the size range.
- Mini – under 50 g (a lighter, travel-ready formation, mini frequency’s only)
- Size 0 – 80–110 g (compact yet powerful)
- Size 1 – 120–150 g (balanced everyday set)
- Size 2 – 150–200 g (substantial presence, more grounding)
- Size 3 – 230–280 g (our largest formation, impactful in hand and space)
Example: In the Stillness Signal formation, a Size 3 set balances a Lithium Quartz (40–60 g), Pink Amethyst (90–120 g), and Rose Quartz (70–100 g) for a combined total of 230–280 g.

What the Sizes Look Like in Hand
- Mini (under 50 g) → stones around 1–3 cm each, a small pocket-sized set.
- Size 0 (80–110 g) → set combines into about 6–8 cm across when held together, individual stones typically 3–5 cm.
- Size 1 (110–150 g) → fuller in the palm, about 7–9 cm across together, stones around 4–7 cm.
- Size 2 (150–230 g) → feels more substantial, 8–10 cm across together, stones around 5–8 cm each.
- Size 3 (230–280 g) → the most impactful, fills more of the hand, 9–12 cm across together, stones around 6–9 cm each.
