  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details where available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country (typically 5–10 business days).
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Orders

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • Please note that customs processes may cause delays outside of our control.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (where available).

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, but we’ll always help track your parcel and resolve issues where possible.

Damages During Shipping
