Returns & Refunds

You can always contact us for any return question at hello@frequensoul.co.uk. 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

FREQUENSOUL LTD, 27 CAROL CRESCENT, Halesowen, B63 3RS If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if marked as final sale)
  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable)
  • Jewellery that has been worn
  • Sound bowls or energy tools that have been used

To start a return, contact us at hello@frequensoul.co.uk with your order number. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@frequensoul.co.uk.
