The Physics of Frequency

Everything in existence vibrates - this isn’t belief, it’s science. From the cells in your body to the crystals in the earth, everything has a measurable frequency. Scientists call this the electromagnetic field, but you’ve felt it even if you don’t have the language for it: that heavy tension when you walk into a room mid-argument, or the lightness of a deep belly laugh.

When your body is under stress - physical or emotional - your nervous system shifts into survival mode. Your heart rate spikes, your brain chemistry changes, and your frequency becomes erratic.

This is where sound and crystals come in:

  • Sound frequencies are energy in motion. When you listen to a singing bowl or tuning fork, those vibrations create a process called entrainment- your brain and body naturally sync to the steadier, calmer rhythm.

  • Crystals hold a constant frequency because of their molecular structure. Quartz, for example, vibrates so consistently it’s used to regulate time in watches. When you hold or meditate with a crystal, your body responds to that stable signal, subtly guiding your energy back to balance.

This isn’t about replacing medicine - it’s about creating an environment where your body, mind, and energy can find alignment. And when your frequency steadies, everything else = focus, clarity, calm - starts to follow.
